KURT C. SUMMERS, of Willoughby Hills, Ohio, passed away on May 19, 2007 after a valiant battle with cancer. He was born on June 13, 1952 in Cleveland, Ohio. Kurt was a graduate of Case Western Reserve University. He worked as a Systems Analyst Engineer for many years. Kurt enjoyed reading and was a mathematics whiz. He was a kind soul and will be missed by those who knew him. He is survived by his children, Edward of Massachusetts, and Janet of New York City, and his sister, Lisa D. Summers of Concord Township. He was preceded in death by his parents, Diane G. Summers and Carl P. Summers. A private graveside service and burial will be held at Lakeview Cemetery in Cleveland. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to The American Cancer Society, Ohio Division, Inc., North Region, 10501 Euclid Ave., Cleveland, 44106.
