Carol Ann Ruscin died Sept. 29, 2003, at Altercare of Mentor. Born Nov. 18, 1951, in Cleveland, she lived in Mentor and Willowick before moving to Kirtland more than 20 years ago. She enjoyed anything to do with water, including fishing and boating. She was a member of Divine Word Catholic Church in Kirtland and the Chagrin yacht Club. Ms. Ruscin worked in medical billing for Retna & Associates Optical for more than 20 years. She also was a licensed beautician. Survivors are her sister, Deborah Ruscin of Eastlake; brother, Michael (Jennifer) Ruscin of Willowick; niece Christina Tscherne; and nephews, Kevin and David Ruscin.
