Joyce (Hayes) Ruthenberg, 65, of Mentor-on-the-Lake passed away on September 19, 2017 at Lake West Medical Center. Born in June, 1952 she is survived by her husband of 15 years, Roger Ruthenberg; brother Jim (Peggy) Hayes; brother-in-law, Jim Mingus.  She was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers, John and Arthur Hayes and her sister Judy Mingus.
