Mr. Cecot died March 7, 2003, in Orlando. Born May 21, 1951, in Columbus, he lived in Mentor before moving to Orlando 15 years .   He was a 1970 graduate of North High School in Eastlake. Mr. Cecot was employed in heating and air conditioning for 15 years. Survivors are his mother, Martha Jennison of Mentor; sister, Cynthia Grace-Lang of Lewisburg, Pa.; and nieces, Martha-Ellen, Connie and Sara Evangelou.
