Funeral services for Patrick S. Zavorek, 60, of Euclid, will be 10 a.m. Monday at Vicchiarelli Funeral Home, 5252 Mayfield Road, Lyndhurst, OH 44124.
Mr. Zavorek passed away June 19, 2012, at Lake Health's West Medical Center in Willoughby.
He was born March 16, 1952, in Cleveland.
Mr. Zavorek worked at Graphite Bronze until 1985 and Ohio Farmers until 2001. He also owned his own furniture refinishing business for a short time.
He coached softball and basketball in Eastlake for more than 20 years and coached CYO basketball for St. Paul's and Our Lady of the Lake. Patrick enjoyed gardening, being outdoors, and had a love for history. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandson.
Survivors are his wife, Cheryl (Jazbec); son, Nathan Zavorek; daughters, Hannah Zavorek and Debbie Manzo (fiance, Matt Osolin); grandson, Dylan Matthew Osolin; and siblings, Daniel, Michael and Kathy (husband, Bernie) Grysban.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Margaret Zavorek.
Friends may call from 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Fr. Marty Polito will officiate the service. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township
